Server / Barista
You're the face of Kushala Sip — friendly, efficient, and never met a drink you couldn't make perfectly. Coffee experience a plus, but energy and attitude matter more.
Dish Washer / Runner
Keep the kitchen and dining room moving. Hard-working, reliable, and the unsung hero who makes every shift possible.
Kitchen Prep
You prep ingredients, support the line, and take pride in keeping stations organized. Experience in a fast-paced kitchen required.
Cook
You craft the food that keeps people coming back. From breakfast classics to lunch specials, you bring skill, consistency, and creativity to every plate.
